My Story
"Before becoming a counselor, I spent many years educating and mentoring healthcare professionals. That experience strengthened my belief that growth thrives in authentic relationships grounded in trust, respect, and collaboration. Today, I bring that same philosophy into therapy, creating a space where clients can explore difficult experiences without judgment and move toward a more intentional, connected life."
About Nicole
Nicole recognizes that people often come to therapy because something doesn't feel right. They may be successful at work, caring for everyone around them, or doing everything they're "supposed" to do, yet still feel disconnected from themselves or unsure why the same struggles keep recurring.

Nicole works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional overwhelm

Nicole's approach is relational and grounded in curiosity. While symptom relief is important, lasting change occurs when we begin to understand our emotional experiences, relationships, and the stories we've developed about ourselves with greater clarity and compassion. Her background in philosophy continues to shape her work as a therapist. She enjoys helping people explore not only what they're experiencing but also the meaning they derive from those experiences.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Nicole has called Houston home for the past several years. Outside of the therapy office, you'll usually find her spending time with her family, camping, hiking, traveling, or volunteering in the community.

Fluent in English and Spanish, she welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds and believes effective therapy honors each person's culture, values, and lived experience.
